Veronica Mollere, LCSW-BACS  is the founder of Well Psychotherapy, a trauma-informed group mental health practice in New Orleans. She is trained in EMDR, clinical hypnosis, Deep Brain Reorienting, and holds an Advanced Certificate in the Treatment of Complex Trauma and Dissociation from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation. She is passionate about bringing awareness and competency to all levels of practitioners when treating complex trauma and dissociation, and offers group and individual supervision specific to these areas of focus.

Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to: Define and differentiate between depersonalization and derealization as distinct dissociative experiences and as components of Depersonalization/Derealization Disorder (DPDRD). Identify the common etiologies and risk factors associated with DPDRD, including the role of trauma and stress. Understand neurobiological underpinnings of depersonalization and derealization. Articulate effective strategies for educating clients about DPDRD and normalizing their experiences. Apply best practice treatment models, including mindfulness-based interventions, CBT, and trauma-informed approaches, for working with clients experiencing DPDRD.

Rowan Quarterman, MS (they/them) is a provisionally licensed professional counselor specializing in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and narrative therapy practices. They work with individuals and relationships, with particular focus on LGBTQ+ communities, ethical non-monogamy, and identity exploration. Rowan’s work is grounded in relational care and a commitment to affirming clients’ unique stories and strengths.

This workshop will provide an introduction to terms, structures, and ethical considerations when working with non-traditional relationship structures. The workshop is meant to build competency and confidence in working with individuals or relationships navigating non-monogamy.

Morgan L. Olasin, LCSWTrust Based Relational Intervention is an evidence-based approach to helping individuals from hard places heal their body, brain, biology, and belief system affected by trauma. Veronica Mollere, LCSW-BACS is the founder of Well Psychotherapy in New Orleans, LA. She holds an advanced certificate in the treatment of complex trauma and dissociative disorders from the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation, and is Level 1 trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy through the American Society of Clinical Hypnotherapy. As the parent of two precocious kids, she believes in the power of wonder, play, and curiosity to create healing and harmony.

Join us to explore the foundational principles of Eriksonian clinical hypnotherapy and its modern-day relevance in a range of therapeutic contexts. Through lecture and experiential learning, participants will learn how to ethically and effectively integrate imagination, play, and basic hypnotic language to facilitate therapeutic change and promote client self-efficacy.
