We are in communication with civic leaders on how to best serve our clients. We strive to maintain operations while prioritizing the health and safety of our clients and staff. What JFS is Doing

Practicing Social Distancing

  • Our offices are currently closed to the public
  • All counseling appointments are being held via telemental health
  • All staff have their own office, are required to wear masks, and undergo daily temperature checks
  • We suspended all large meetings and events

Providing Essential Services to Our Community

How You Can Help

The most important thing you can do to help is follow state and local guidelines and mandates to prevent the spread of coronavirus:

  • Work from home if you can
  • Avoid nonessential travel
  • Practice social distancing
  • Wear a mask when in public
  • Frequently wash hands with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds; use hand sanitize when soap and water are unavailable
  • Avoid touching your face

  • If you think you have contracted COVID-19, do not go to the doctor without calling first. Call 1-855-523-2652, the LA Dept of Health Hotline
  • If you are severely ill and think you require hospitalization, call 911.
