A weekly support group meeting via Zoom on Tuesday evenings. Join JFS staff members and other caregivers to discuss coping skills, build community, and find emotional release. This group is for adult children caring for elderly parents/relatives, parents caring for children, and anyone seeking support and guidance for their role as a caregiver. In addition to the 6 sessions, participants will take one in-take call with a JFS staff member before the group starts. Get in touch to join.
