The New Normal
Grief Support Group (Finding Meaning: Life After Loss)
A therapeutic group for those experiencing grief where participants will learn coping skills, receive supportive group counseling, and explore the process of making meaning of loss. 6 sessions will be held via telehealth on Wednesdays, from October 7th –November 11th, 2020 from 5:00 pm-6:30 pm. Caregiver Support Group
A support group for family members, partners, and other caregivers to explore the stresses, challenges, and rewards of caregiving. 6 sessions will be held at Jewish Family Service (3300 W. Esplanade Ave. S., Suite. 603) on Wednesdays, from March 4th – April 8th, 2020 from 4:30 pm-6:00 pm. The 6 sessions and a brief consultation are $40. Ages 11-13 will be Wednesdays, October 16- November 20, 2019 4:30-6:00 pm

Cost: $99 for six sessions and initial assessment
Description: Girl power is a 6-week therapeutic group that promotes self-esteem, social skills, confidence, and stress reduction in girls ages 8-12.
