In January 2016, JFS launched our Older Adult Care Planning Program to better serve seniors in our community. Our Older Adult Care Planners are trained to facilitate family discussions as well as offer expert guidance and resources. Clients consult with a staff member in person or by phone to identify the best options for short and long-term needs.
