A weekly group for primary caretakers of aging loved ones and/or loved ones with disabilities. Our focus is on supporting caretakers in the complex emotions and daily stressors of their work. This confidential space for sharing and connection offers education on issues including grief & loss, self-care, family conflict, and end-of-life planning.

An interactive workshop that will explore the signs and symptoms of different types of attachment disorders. Clinicians will also explore the diagnostic criterion for the diagnosis.
